What does the integration do

The Pleggi integration allows you to effortlessly evaluate candidates’ cognitive abilities and behavioral traits through a set of neuroscience-based games directly from within Zoho Recruit. Send invites and access comprehensive, data-rich profiles for each potential hire. These insights empower you to make informed decisions, eliminating the risks of costly hiring mistakes and ensuring alignment with your company's values and objectives.

Setting up the Pleggi Integration

• Log in to your Pleggi dashboard
• Click Integrations from the sidebar on the bottom left ****and click Integrate.
  • ❗Ensure that you are using the same email as with Zoho Recruit, otherwise the integration will not function as expected.

• You will be redirected to Zoho Recruit. Log in with your credentials
• Review the requested permissions and click Accept

Connecting a job posting on Zoho Recruit to a position in Pleggi

• While you are logged into your Pleggi account, click on Add Position from the sidebar on the left
• Follow the steps to create a position on Pleggi and ensure you have included all necessary requirements for the relevant job posting. All requirements, along with their specified weights (specified on Step 6) will be taken into account when calculating the matching score for the candidate.
  • To fully benefit from this integration, you will need to create a different position on Pleggi for each open job posting you have on Zoho Recruit.
• Click Positions from the sidebar on the left. Choose the position you have specified and click on the edit icon.

• Copy the specified ATS tag

• In Zoho Recruit, create a new job open or open an existing one

• In the field Pleggi Position Tag, paste the ATS tag

• All candidates for this job opening will be automatically linked to the position created on Pleggi
